Mary Wu

Mary Xiumei Wu is the Founder and President of the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TSTCM) since 1995. She majored in traditional Chinese medicine receiving her medical degree in China in 1982. She also has a M.Sc. from University of Waterloo in 1990. She was a physician and instructor at Shandong University of TCM and the Provincial TCM Hospital before coming to Canada in 1986. She has developed professional TCM training programs, established and directed the Teaching Clinic at TSTCM. She has been teaching TCM students, medical students, undergraduate and graduate students at Canadian universities and professional institutions. She has been involved in medical research in the fields of reproductive physiology, diabetes, gene therapy and TCM.
