Change of Governance Responsibilities in Alberta

On November 24, 2010, Alberta's Minister of Health and the Lieutenant Governor in Council approved the Order in Council to amend Alberta's Acupuncture Regulation to transfer governance responsibilities to the College and Association of Acupuncturists in Alberta (CAAA)  - effective January 1, 2011. 

The new office of CAAA will be at:

Heather Cameron, the government Registrar for the profession will be the "Advisor" during the transition period. The new CAAA Registrar will be Daniel Mah. Peggy Yu will be the President.
