The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Pan-Canadian Examinations.
Examination Details
The Fall 2026 Pan-Canadian Examinations are scheduled for:
- TCM Practitioners Exam: October 26 and 27, 2026
- Acupuncturists Exam: October 29 and 30, 2026
Please note that both the Practitioners Examination and the Acupuncturists Examination will be available in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) and English.

Submitting an Application
To register for the examinations, candidates will first need to create an account by registering on the Sign In page (if they haven’t done so already) and completing an examination application from within the Online Portal.
The application deadline is July 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Accommodations
- Requests for accommodations must be submitted directly to CARB-TCMPA using their Request for Accommodation Form.
- Send the completed request form to CARB-TCMPA at accommodations@carb-tcmpa.org by the July 15 2026 submission deadline.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- A new request is required for each specific examination administration. If approved by CARB-TCMPA, it will only apply to the current examination administration.
