Any such behavior towards staff will be noted in a registrant’s file and could be used to inform any remedial or disciplinary action. Repeat offenders will be alerted and will result in the CTCMPAO communicating with such individuals in writing only. In other cases, the CTCMPAO may decide to restrict communications with such individuals entirely.
