Due to COVID-19, CTCMPAO is Operating Virtually Until Further Notice

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario is operating remotely until further notice. The College will not be accepting external visits during this time to minimize the exposure and spread of COVID-19.

The College will continue to provide regular services to the public and members while working remotely. College staff can continue to be contacted via email and telephone as usual during this time. Please note that courier packages cannot be received during this time. Regular mail will still be received.

We welcome your inquiries and are here to provide guidance where possible.

Please note, however, that the CTCMPAO does not tolerate any abusive behavior towards our staff. Abusive behavior such as, but not limited to, intimidation, threats, obscene and/or unprofessional or discriminatory remarks is not tolerated. Any such behavior towards staff will be noted in a registrant’s file and could be used to inform any remedial or disciplinary action. Repeat offenders will be alerted and will result in the CTCMPAO communicating with such individuals in writing only. In other cases, the CTCMPAO may decide to restrict communications with such individuals entirely.
