Discipline Hearing Schedule

Discipline hearings are open to the public. If you would like to attend the hearing, please register your attendance with the College by email to conduct@ctcmpao.on.ca. Prior to attending the hearing, observers should check the schedule to ensure there have been no changes.

All discipline hearings are held electronically via videoconference, unless otherwise stated.

Observers must understand and follow the Guidelines for Attendance at Electronic Hearings:

• All electronic URL and meeting credentials are confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Recording of any kind is not permitted during the hearing.
• Observers are not parties to the hearing. This means observers cannot participate. Observers must turn their audio and video off for the entirety of the hearing.
• If you would like to ask any questions regarding the hearing, you may email your inquiries to the Hearings Office at the conclusion of the hearing.
• If any technical issues arise before or during the hearing, please contact the Hearings Office.
• Once the hearing is in session, any observers that join while the hearing is in session will remain outside of the hearing until the next break.
