The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Pan-Canadian Examinations.
Examination Details
The Spring 2026 Pan-Canadian Examinations are scheduled for:
- TCM Practitioners Exam: April 27 and 28, 2026
- Acupuncturists Exam: April 30 and May 1, 2026
Please note that both the Practitioners Examination and the Acupuncturists Examination will be available in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) and English.

Submitting an Application
To register for the examinations, candidates will first need to create an account by registering on the Sign In page (if they haven’t done so already) and completing an examination application from within the Online Portal.
The portal will be open for applications on December 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. ET and will close on January 15, 2026. at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Accommodations Request
- Requests for accommodations must be submitted directly to CARB-TCMPA using their Request for Accommodation Form.
- Send the completed request form to CARB-TCMPA at accommodations@carb-tcmpa.org by the January 15, 2026 submission deadline.
- Late submissions may not be accepted or approved by CARB-TCMPA.
- CTCMPAO is not involved in the review or results of accommodation requests and cannot assist with the request process.
- A new request is required for each specific examination administration. If approved by CARB-TCMPA, it will only apply to the current examination administration.
