It has come to the attention of the College that Heng Guang Shen, R. TCMP & R. Ac #989, was arrested and charged on May 28, 2025, by the York Regional Police Services for sexually assaulting a patient. Mr. Shen is known to be practising at 328 Hwy 7 East Unit 5B, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
