The College is seeking feedback on proposed amendments to the College By-laws.
The College by-laws are a set of binding rules and processes that are applicable to the Council, Committees, Staff, and members of the College. They are intended to ensure the College is fulfilling its public safety mandate, and establish binding processes and procedures for the College. Any changes to them must consider the public interest.
The proposed amendments pertain to the following sections:
- Council Election process
- Fee schedule for the Temporary Class and Emergency Class
Council is seeking feedback from the public, members, and key stakeholders on the draft by-law amendments. To provide feedback, please visit our Consultation Webpage, and review the document. Where existing sections are amended, the amendment is indicated in red.
Any feedback you have to offer is appreciated. The consultation period will be available for 60 days, until June 11, 2024.
