Message From CTCMPAO Council President – Registrar Transition

I wish to inform you that Ann Zeng, Registrar and CEO, has made the decision to leave the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturists Ontario as of January 31, 2024, to pursue other interests. I know that many of you have worked with Ann over the years, and I am sure that you will join me in wishing her well in her next endeavours.

Over her 12 years with College, I wish to highlight some of Ann contributions. Ann has made significant improvements to Registration Practices, including facilitating, the Quality Assurance Enhancement and the Accreditation/Approval Projects. Ann led the College’s transformational initiatives in improving governance and accountability of the College. Under her leadership, the College strengthened relationship with all sector stakeholders and undertook outreach initiatives to inform and ultimately protect the interests of Ontarians. On behalf of the Counsel, I want to thank Ann for all her contributions, support and leadership of this College in the last few years, and I wish her all the best and much success in future pursuits.

In the meantime, we are pleased to announce that Sean Cassman will be the Acting Registrar and CEO.

Sincerely
