It has come to the attention of the College that Rochel Yakobov, a former member of the College (Resigned in June 2017), was arrested and charged on August 16, 2024, by the York Regional Police Services for posing as a massage therapist and for sexually assaulting a patient. Mr. Yakobov is known to be practising out of Y Beauty and Spa located at 1450 Centre Street.
